Criteria for Quality Assurance

The Qfor Method offers two kinds of valid quality control systems for Training Institutes and Consultancy Firms.

  • One is based on the past experiences of clients: “When other people were satisfied or very satisfied with the services, it is highly probable  that future clients will also be satisfied” .
  • The other is based on the conformity of the business processes and resources  to specific quality criteria: “The applying of proper quality methods and procedures, the employing of tools adapted to specific situations and the proper management of resources and activities, usually lead to good results”.
